New Club kit

Club kit is now available! … on the Ventou club portal.

This will be the last offering of our classic MMBCC kit before we move to a new design sometime in the future.

As a limited offer, we’ve asked Ventou for a white, road version for summer.

Ventou have updated our jerseys to Pro Plus style, which includes heat sealed sleeves (no arm bands) and a thicker silicon waist band (not traditional silicon gripper). There’ll be a jersey and a vest in white, while all the rest of the gear is still available in the classic colours. The black jersey has been updated to Pro Plus as well.

Here’s the link for the Ventou MMBCC portal - get access with the login code, which you can get by emailing Bruce. The portal is open to take orders until Sunday 6 September!

Order and pay online. You can either collect your kit from All Terrain Cycles or pay a bit extra at checkout and get it delivered straight to your door.

Rookies Cup Reminder

Joy Ride Rookies Cup (Downhill) - 12-13 September, 2026 - South Blue Range (Van Der Hayden’s).

This is less than a month away so the club is seeking volunteers now.

Once you know which day or days you can do, email Kate or contact her through the MMBCC WhatsApp feed.

Finally …

Kudos to Jarrod Appleton for his great idea of a Sunday Arvo Gravel Kermesse. 12 ‘graveleers’ turned up for a few laps yesterday, followed by an ale and some ‘sports science approved’ hot chips at the Mansfield Hotel.

It’s on again next Sunday - meet at the pub at 3pm.
